1.Host live streaming sessions on Douyin in a professional, engaging, and interactive manner to promote the company’s imported coffee beans, enhancing brand exposure and sales conversion. 2.Possess (or be trainable in) coffee product expertise, including the ability to vividly explain coffee bean origins, flavor profiles, brewing methods, and other key selling points while addressing viewer questions. 3.Plan live stream content, develop scripted sales pitches, and collaborate with the operations team on product selection, promotions, and livestream optimization. 4.Actively engage with viewers, maintain a dynamic live stream atmosphere, and encourage follows, likes, and purchases to meet sales targets. 5.Analyze post-stream performance data, gather viewer feedback, and contribute to strategy improvements for future broadcasts.

1.Aged 18-35, with a pleasant appearance, strong on-camera presence, and excellent communication skills (fluent, expressive, and engaging). 2.Prior experience in live streaming (Douyin/Kuaishou preferred), especially in food/beverage categories, is a plus. 3.Passionate about coffee culture and willing to deepen product knowledge (e.g., pour-over, espresso, etc.). 4.Outgoing personality with strong improvisational skills to handle live broadcast surprises. 5.Team player who can collaborate with operations, moderators, etc., to achieve live-stream goals. Preferred Qualifications: 1.Personal Douyin account or experience creating coffee-related content. 2.Familiarity with Douyin’s platform rules & traffic strategies. 3.English or other language skills (able to explain international coffee origins).
