Serve as the Director of Engineering & Technology in the Overseas Business Division, and take the lead in the project and technology development work of the Overseas Business Division. Participate in formulating the company's engineering and technological roadmap, lead the project development of the Overseas Business Division, and guide the Chinese and foreign technical teams in organizing and implementing the mass production of overseas projects. Be responsible for project management, process development, advanced quality assurance, prototype production and mass production support of the Engineering & Technology Center in the Overseas Business Division.

Age Requirement: 50 years old or below. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Manufacturing Technology; proficiency in English, German or Spanish as a working language. Work Experience: More than 3 years of working experience as a Project Director or Deputy General Manager of Technology in the automotive industry or precision machining enterprises.
