Responsible for organizing landscape engineering design and providing suggestions on core content such as product form and technology; 5. Conduct project reporting and external communication; 6. On the premise of meeting product positioning strategies, clarifying and responding to customer needs, organize scheme design and conduct phased reviews of design results to make project design forward-looking; 7. Supervise the completion progress and quality of project development construction drawing design, review the design documents of corresponding stages, and ensure that the design documents comply with the development intent; 8. Responsible for reviewing landscape planning, construction drawings, and other documents, as well as reviewing major design changes. 9. Possess excellent professional assistance skills and be able to maintain good communication with professionals in architecture, planning, and other fields.

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Landscape Architecture, Art Design, and Environmental Landscape Design; 2. More than 10 years of work management experience in large domestic and foreign landscape design companies or design institutes, proficient in landscape project forms such as municipal, public construction, real estate, etc; 3. Possess comprehensive ability to independently promote projects, lead design teams, have strong control over projects, and be responsible for the entire project process and final results. 4. Possess strong ability in scheme design and control, propose the overall conceptual plan of the responsible project, review the design effects of preliminary design and construction drawings, and guide the company's design or technical development work. 5. Possess good communication, coordination, and reporting abilities, communication skills and artistry, charismatic personality, and the ability to communicate in both Chinese and English. 6. Able to quickly respond to the market and timely form effective teams when necessary to meet market demands. 7. Possess certain leadership and management skills, as well as strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
