Job Responsibilities 1、Prepare and process import/export declarations, including Packing List, Invoice, Contract, and Processing Contract applications; 2、Familiar with Bills of Lading, EPE factory production processes, and have a good understanding of electronic components and products; 3、Manage customs clearance processes for local Vietnamese supplier deliveries, as well as the import of raw materials and export of finished products; 4、Handle customs clearance for the import/export of new and used equipment, including return shipments, and manage special regulatory inspections and equipment certification processes; 5、Oversee EPE factory bonded business management and prepare annual settlement reports for submission to customs authorities; 6、Familiar with VCCI approval processes for Certificates of Origin (COO), including application requirements and related tasks; 7、Organize and share customs documentation in a timely manner and coordinate with the finance department; 8、Maintain daily communication with freight forwarders and reconcile monthly bills and invoices; 9、Coordinate on-site business with customs and liaise with government institutions such as the customs office and Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Job Requirements 1、Junior college degree or above; 2、Majors related to logistics management, international trade, finance, etc.; 3、Proficient in Chinese communication skills and relevant import/export operation experience is preferred (outstanding Chinese-speaking fresh graduates may be considered); 4、Service-oriented mindset, strong problem identification and resolution skills, and excellent teamwork abilities; 5、Familiarity with Vietnamese local tax regulations and customs laws is highly advantageous (including scenarios applicable to various Trade Terms).
