Technical Expertise: Proven subject matter expertise in the following: On premise infrastructure:t The Data & AI SQL Server Infrastructure / SQL optimization / High Availabiliy role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SQL Server infrastructure to support data and analytics needs. The role requires expertise in SQL optimization and high availability techniques to ensure the performance and availability of critical systems. [SQL Server] • Design, implement, and maintain SQL Server infrastructure to support data and analytics needs. • Optimize SQL Server performance through tuning and query optimization. • Implement high availability solutions such as failover clustering, database mirroring, and Always On Availability Groups. • Monitor and troubleshoot SQL Server performance and availability issues. • Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures related to SQL Server infrastructure. • Collaborate with other IT teams and business units to ensure seamless integration of SQL Server infrastructure with existing business processes and IT infrastructure. • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in SQL Server infrastructure and optimization. • Experience within PowerShell scripting. • Proven track record in successfully planning, deploying, migrating operating, and optimizing on-premises & hybrid environments. Could Data Platform & Data Analytics The role requires additional experience with cloud platform & data analytics technologies. The role requires knowledge and experience in a number of the following technologies/areas: • SQL Server on Azure VM • Azure SQL DB • SSIS / SSAS / SSRS • Power BI Requirement: • Bachelor’s degree or above, • 7+ years’ technical experience with hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, and technology management. • Senior engineer experience in large enterprises, foreign enterprises preferred. At least 5 years of work experience in a certain field. • Understanding of Microsoft’s Modern IT Architecture and Strategy • Self-reliant and strong team player, working in a fast-paced environment where technology and customers' requirements can change regularly. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Medium English skills, able to view English documents, send and receive e-mails. Ability to explain complex topics in ways that can be understood by technical and business decision makers. • Willingness to travel
