Responsibilities: - Photo Retouching: hands on execution and management of external retouching partners; - 3D Modeling and Rendering: hands on execution and management of external retouching partners; - Problem-solve creatively and expertly define best mediums of asset production for efficiency and greatest impact; - Work with art directors, designers, and creative director to produce and execute photo and video shoots and 3D productions, from kick off to completion; - Collaboration with stylists, photographers, videographers and 3D teams; - Assemble creative decks for internal asset creation planning and to guide creative partners and freelancers; - Make imagery selects and conduct retouching markups; - Manage files with high standards of organization and efficiency; - Partner with Product Design and Merchandising teams to synthesize creative requests and truly understand the product to achieve great impact in visuals; - Partner with the broader Marketing team to translate the research and insights into the right visuals for all marketing platforms.

- Minimum 3 years experience working with furniture; - Should know Photoshop, AutoCAD 2D, Sketchup / Rhino or equivalent 3D Software; - Understands and has technical details of retail furniture single items; - Understands competitiveness of a product in the interior design industry; - Must be good at estimation and costing of products designed, prices of raw material; - Eye for detail in design produced & good material knowledge; - In-depth knowledge of production, trade, storage, usability; - Designer to have experience in working on multiple projects at a time; - Strong portfolio to prove above points.
