Job Description:
As a creative director at Sinowell, you will be responsible for setting the creative vision and strategic direction for our marketing and branding initiatives, Your innovative ideas will directly influence our brand's global image, impacting our marketing campaigns, product design, and overall customer experience. This role demands a high level of creativity, leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams.
Scope & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the company's goals and brand identity.
- Lead and inspire a team of creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Oversee the creative process and provide direction for marketing campaigns, digital content, and visual design projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing ,product development, and sales to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate new techniques and technologies into creative campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 8 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in a global or multinational environment
A strong portfolio showcasing innovative design and conceptual work
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to manage and direct a creative team
Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing models
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and familiar with web design technologies
Basic understanding of2D and 3D motion design and respective technologies (i.e. Unreal, Houdini, Cinema4D, Octane, etc.)
