(2) Complete project plan and design in accordance with customer requirement, making the project presentation on behalf of the company. (3) Responsible for overall project creative thinking and Develop creative concepts cross platforms (4) Head of Department for creative design and executive, responsible for daily work and project implementation. (5) Work hand in hand with the team to develop strong conceptual campaigns; (6) Responsible for the accomplishment of working plan and performance objective of both design and executive team. (7) To ensure success of the project, responsible for maintenance of customer relations and communication, improve and ensure the efficiency of team work and progress of the project. (8) Responsible for the overall level of quality and results and all of project must accomplished base on reasonable cost and budget plan. (9) Mentor and training the junior staff to produce work of international standards. (10) Responsible for update company profile and website.

(1) Strong, demonstrated understanding of event design (2) Expert creative and design skills as they apply to typography, color, layout/composition, perspective and imagery (3) Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, Image Ready, In Design, Rhino , 3D Max, Maya and AutoCAD (4) Familiarity with HTML, CSS (5) Experience optimizing Web page design for performance/conversion and search engine rankings (6) Ability to communicate design rationale and build consensus while providing and accepting constructive criticism (7) Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once under simultaneous deadlines (8) Rich experience in creative design activities or exhibitions.
