The CAFM Data Specialist knows and understands CAFM systems function and architecture as it relates to applications used (space and occupancy management etc.) and has the ability to use the CAFM system. Is knowledgeable of data management principles. Focus on regional reporting of allocations and ensuring data integrity. Responsibilities: - Responsible for the training of all CAFM users which includes presenting and explaining the impact of CAFM functions and how they relate to the users job responsibilities. - Responsible for ensuring data accuracy and tracking of exceptions within the Database. - Ensures that data integrity is reconciled with other systems used by client. - Initiate development of processes and guidelines as they relate to the CAFM system. Requirements : - Minimum of 1 year experience in working with any CAFM systems in the Real Estate field. - Previous experience maintaining data in a CAFM system. - Software skills in Microsoft Office applications at an intermediate to experienced level. - Good communication skills - support client interviews and meetings. Listen and comprehend what has been said. - Ability to translate customer requirements into written documentation. - English language proficiency Ability to produce deliverables with no guidance and ability to teach others.
