Proficiency in requirements management tools (Azure DevOps, ADO) and technical documentation, with Agile (Sprint) process experience. Ability to analyze mobile operator specifications, determine OS compliance, and publish compliance reviews. Expertise in managing 4G/5G banding combinations and device compatibility planning. Soft Skills: Fluent English communication (written & verbal) for global collaboration. Strong cross-functional coordination skills (e.g., with OEM/ODM, hardware teams). Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Microsoft OS ecosystem and carrier certification processes (e.g., device ranging).
