1. Responsible for driving the implementation of technical strategies across organizations according to the company's strategic requirements and forming a list of key projects; 2. Promote and track the implementation and execution of the company's strategic plans at the company-wide level, supervise the progress and effectiveness of strategy implementation, and provide early warnings for issues and deviations that arise during implementation; 3. Establish a strategic evaluation system to regularly review, assess, and examine the timeliness and usability of strategic plans; 4. Coordinate and organize relevant resources to drive the execution of strategic initiatives on key issues during strategy implementation; 5. Formulate the company's medium- to long-term development strategy based on the company's growth needs, industry trends, and changes in the internal and external environment, combined with the results of strategic research and analysis.

1) Experience working in a consulting firm, with at least 5 years of experience in AI and big data-related technology strategy; 2) Experience in AI technology industry strategy, with strong strategic thinking and documentation presentation skills; 3) Overseas education background is preferred; 4) Keen observation and strong interest in cutting-edge technology trends, industry macro research, and user needs.
