• Doctor degree or above, major in electronic information engineering or microelectronics, etc. • 3+ years of experience in millimeter-wave/RF IC researching in SiGe and CMOS.  • Solid foundation of electromagnetics principles and electronic communication systems. • Good communication skills and effective team work.
