1.Lead clinical operation activities for assigned projects and ensure compliance with GCP, regulatory guidelines, other related policies and internal procedures; 2.Be responsible for making/updating of clinical trial plan including timeline of key activities as well as risk management plan; 3.Assist the development of study synopses/protocols from clinical operation perspective; 4.Be responsible for budget plan, control and management in tracking systems or tools; 5.Be responsible for preparation, conduction, progress tracking and reporting of responsible studies; 6.Be responsible for key documents of development and finalization of clinical trial documents (including but not limiting the protocol, ICF, CRF, DMP, DMR, SAP, SAR and CSR etc.); 7.Participate in the process of CRO selection with the collaboration with internal functions and Quality Control of CRO deliverables; 8.Be responsible for building up scientific committee and prepare the self-assessment report for responsible study;

1.Educational Qualifications: Medical/Pharmacological Bachelor or life science related Bachelor or above; 2.Relevant Experience: 5+ years of experience in clinical research area in multinational pharmaceutical or CRO company. At least 4 year site monitoring experiences and one year experience in project management. Self-motivated and proactive to the assigned tasks; 3.Language Requirements (if any): Good oral and written capability of business English.
