Be responsible for budget preparation, settlement review and cost control of engineering projects; Participate in bidding and tendering work, and compile bill of quantities and bidding documents; Review engineering change visas and track fluctuations in material market prices; Be responsible for the calculation and review of quantities of various materials and subcontractors within the project department's drawings, as well as the declaration of progress payments to the owner and completion settlement;

Proficient in cost software such as Glodon, and capable of independently completing budget and settlement preparation; Familiar with construction drawings and quota standards, and possess the ability of engineering quantity calculation and cost analysis.
