Job DescriptionDevelop and implement localized and international marketing plan based on a common marketing strategy, plan, shared tools and processes across all regions.To achieve the company objectives on monthly basis.Deliver innovative and targeted promotional/marketing campaigns using the full range of on-line and off-line marketing channels.Develop and deliver a PR and events program to maximize brand presence.Manage the PR activities with the local PR agencies.Determine whether certain online marketing activities should be outsourced or managed in house.Maintain and update local website, social media tools as well as other online platform.Co - ordinate lead generation programs in conjunction with the sales and business development team.Develop and manage market and competitor analysis activities, reports and proposals.Conduct online/offline Media Buying & Planning and support the SEO/SEM in the region.Share Business proposals to potential partners and media.Prepare monthly report on Marketing Budget and campaign performance.The Successful ApplicantHave 6+ year experience as a marketing manager.Proven integrated marketing campaigns experience, ideally from an online background sector.Knowledge about online communication with strong experience in the Chinese marketReal strong experience in Media Buying, especially online, is a requirement.Knowledge of local affiliation platform is a strong plus.Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.Excellent project management skills with experience managing teamsStrong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.Good creative thinking, strong relationship management skills, ability to work with minimum supervision.Experience of working as part of a cross - regional team is a plus.Enthusiastic and motivated team player and knowledge sharer.Fluent in English and Chinese is 100% required.Both Local Chinese and Expat application will be accepted.What's On OfferYour commitment and passion to drive innovation will be rewarded with a base salary of 15,000RMB + per month and which includes performance bonuses where you can earn up to 40,000 per month. .
