MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB • Responsibility for developing Vehicle Dynamics capability in MIRA China • Responsibility of delivering Vehicle Dynamics development programs in China • Support BD team in Vehicle Dynamics business development KEY FUNCTIONS • Technical advisory of the MIRA China VD team • Delivery of Vehicle Dynamics programs in China • Setup and implement technical road map for MIRA China VD team • Support business development activities on Vehicle Dynamics function • Implement MIRA UK Vehicle Dynamics development standard procedures and systems into MIRA China Vehicle Dynamics programs • Communication and harmonisation with UK VD team and ensure close effective collaboration between two teams • Willing to travel around China to different Proving Grounds to lead the MIRA China VD team in delivering the Vehicle Dynamics programs • Travel to UK and other territories occasionally

• At least 10 years subjective assessment, vehicle objective testing and tuning of Ride, Handling & Steering experience in OEM or engineering consultancy • Knowledge of appropriate legislation • Experience with appropriate data acquisitions systems, test facilities and data analysis tools • At least a working knowledge of simulation tools such as ADAMS • Strong understanding and sound experience of chassis development process • Good grasp of chassis design knowledge and future trends • Direct experience of leading other junior engineers to deliver high-quality Vehicle Dynamics development programs • Knowledge of vehicle braking, durability or NVH development is preferred • Good communication skill with clients and partners
