Responsibilities: 1. Active problem solving with factories if orders are blocked &shipment delays 2. Daily discussion with German HQ and our daughter companies all over the world 3. Drive operational excellence and best practices across the production 4. In charge of tracking orders, manage them and coordinate them together with supplier and also customer 5. Deal with local factories independently on manufacturing process and shipment etc 6. Bottle Neck Analyze together with Supplier and Customer 7. Work closely with factories to improve the services of factory in terms of on-time delivery 8. Launch new project and develop quality protocol and inspection criteria 9. Manage and coordinate with the challenged factories to get the better solution 10. Support & backup of existing TS globally

Requirement: 1. 8+years of production, manufacturing& order management experience with multinational company in progressively senior positions, operations experience an asset 2.Good communication skills 3. Clear minded and strategic thinking 4. Able to organize shipping schedule and products schedule with customers and factories 5.Able to manage inter company between departments 6. Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines 7. Production background 8.Knowledge about learn manufacturing 9. Knowledge about production line balancing 10. Knowledge about developmental of power tools /Garden tools
