Job responsibilities
Type 1: Administrative Assistant (non-technical position)
✅Document delivery and receipt (Tokyo preferred)
✅Daily document sorting and filing
✅Warehouse supplies procurement and placement
✅Running errands for government document delivery
⚡️Requirements:
Japanese daily communication;
Meticulous and conscientious, familiar with Tokyo transportation;
Type 2: Technical Support Specialist (IT technical position)
✅Hardware equipment debugging support
✅Basic maintenance of office equipment (computer/network/printer)
⚡️Requirements:
Master basic IT knowledge (both software and hardware);
Japanese/English/Chinese daily communication.
