Collaborate with DCM and investment teams to generate revenue through the promotion of bonds and related products. Evaluate and manage mark-to-market (MTM) positions for credit bonds, ABS, and RMBS under the Investment Banking Dept’s portfolio. Develop and execute effective distribution strategies in coordination with internal and external DCM/Syndicate teams. Monitor regulatory developments relevant to Bank’s bond business. Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, including banks, asset managers, life insurers, and trust companies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred. Solid understanding of TRS or securities lending (including GMSLA negotiation) is a must 3–7 years of experience in bond sales at leading financial institutions in Hong Kong, Mainland China, or other major international markets. Experience outside Mainland China is a plus. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated, responsible, and results-oriented. Able to work independently and collaboratively under pressure. Full professional proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
