- Find high quality, high potential game studios. - Build trusting relationships with studios and provide them with ongoing feedback. - Onboard, mentor, and work with studios through all processes of game distribution. - Communicate with the Publishing Director on project progress and issues encountered. - Work with China UA, QA and monetization teams to take full responsibility for the entire project. - Keep abreast of the latest trends in the market (ability to come up with unique game ideas is preferred).

- At least one year of recent relevant work experience in the ultra-casual game industry. - A background in game designer/product management is preferred. - Good understanding and knowledge of casual/ultra-casual game products and ability to provide valuable insights. - Excellent negotiation and communication skills. - Ability to find creative solutions to new and unforeseen problems. - Ability to competently evaluate the mobile game distribution process. - Ability to work in a challenging environment and work remotely/from home. - Fluent in spoken and written English. - Ability to produce high quality GDDs is a plus. - Networking in the games industry is preferred. - Strong interest in mobile games and the wider games industry.
