Job Description: A new coffee shop chain will open the first shop in October this year, looking for passion people to join our team and grow together with us. We are looking for a pastry chef who wants show is passion on the products and can keep high standards of freshness and quality. Our concept is to create rustic and home-made food in the professional way. You should have a long term commitment to working with our team in Shanghai, and we do not accept LAZINESS and any lack of PASSION and INTEGRITY. Qualification - at least 5 years experience in pastry/bakery industry - familiar with the New Zealand food or culture would be a plus - bakery and savory food expert - fluent in oral and write English - cost control experience - SOP’s and training program experience - good at teamwork and have the management experience - have strong ambition to make food with life to the whole world
