1. To supervise the automotive lamp styling issues, maintain the technical standards on the determination of the design plans and the production solution (optics, mechanics, electronics, thermal, etc.) to ensure the engineering feasibility of the product plans 2. Develop the automotive lighting products innovatively with good mastery of the industrial trend, and apply the cutting-edge technologies to create the industry-leading products; 3. Establish and improve the R&D system, including formulating R&D design guidelines, data checklists, building up and improving product databases, etc.; 4. Participate in researching and developing new systems and technologies, and assist in solving difficult technical problems and finding new solutions; 5. Participate in setting industrial and technical standards for automotive lighting industry

Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, 10+ years of working experience in OEMs or Tier1 of the automotive lighting suppliers 2. Experience in developing 10+ automotive lighting products, and many of the products are already in mass production, familiar with the whole automotive lighting product development process 3. Familiar with the automotive lighting performance requirements (optics, mechanics, electronics, thermal, etc.), the related design specifications and the latest domestic and international laws and regulations, thus capable to develop automotive lighting solutions that meet global regulations and user needs; 4. Keep up to date with the latest industrial trends, and have unique, systematic and forward-looking insights into the future development trends and cutting-edge technologies of the automotive lighting industry 5. Think systematically and innovatively to analyze and solve complex issues.
