Qualifications• Ideally at least 3 years of international residential sales exposure with a minimum of 6 -8 years in real estate commercial function. • Team management capability • Strong commercial sense and sales driven• Able to interface with local and foreign clients and developers • Solid network amongst prospective property investors for offshore properties • Effective communicator both in English and Mandarin
