Job responsibilities
Main responsibilities Strategic support and execution Assist the Vice President in participating in the company's strategic planning and formulation, providing opinions and suggestions. Track the implementation of the strategy, report progress and issues in a timely manner, and propose improvement measures. Participate in discussions and formulation of major company decisions to ensure their scientific and effective nature. Business development and coordination Assist the Vice President in conducting business expansion work, seeking new business opportunities and partners. Coordinate business cooperation among various departments within the company, promote optimal allocation and sharing of resources. Supervise the implementation of key projects to ensure that they progress as planned and achieve expected results. Organizational optimization and human resource management Assist the Vice President in optimizing the company's organizational structure and processes to improve operational efficiency. Participate in talent selection and recruitment for key positions in the company, ensuring that talent matches business needs. Supervise the improvement of employee performance management and incentive mechanisms to enhance employee satisfaction and loyalty. External Relations Management and Public Relations Activities Assist the Vice President in handling relationships with external organizations such as the government and industry associations, and maintain the company's image. Participate in the planning and execution of important public relations activities of the company, enhance the brand awareness and influence of the company. Timely handle company crisis events, maintain company reputation and interests. Internal communication and coordination As a member of the company's senior management team, actively participate in internal communication and coordination. Timely communicate the company's strategic intentions and decision-making spirit, ensuring that employees understand and execute them. Collect employee opinions and suggestions to provide reference for company decision-making.
Job Requirements
Job requirements Education background: Master's degree or above in management, economics or related fields, with a solid theoretical foundation and rich practical experience. Work experience: More than 8 years of relevant field work experience, including at least 3 years of senior management or assistant management experience. Professional skills: Proficient in knowledge and skills in enterprise strategic planning and execution, business development and coordination, organizational optimization, and human resource management. Having excellent communication and coordination skills and a team spirit, able to effectively communicate with senior management, department employees, and external organizations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to independently handle complex problems. Personal qualities: Loyal, dedicated, and honest, possessing a high sense of responsibility and professionalism. Proactive and innovative, possessing strong learning and adaptability abilities. Good at thinking, paying attention to details, possessing strong execution and pressure resistance.
