Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performanceUniversity of Nottingham Ningbo China is seeking to recruit an Assistant, Student Registry (Temporary)Your ResponsibilitiesThe purpose of the role is to work within the Student Registry team in the Academic Services Office providing administration related services including registration, assessment and other student records related functions to staff/students.Your Key Responsibilities Include Maintain student status change in both University and Ministry of Education (MoE) student management databases; Process marks and progression recommendations in University student management database; Maintain graduation and degree status records and prepare graduation documents (e.g. degree certificates & transcripts) for graduates; Deliver student registry related front line services in rotation and respond to everyday enquiries judging when to forward or escalate requests outside their knowledge base to appropriate person; Demonstrate or explain available services, work related policies, and standard operating procedures to peers and students; Reproduce and prepare clearly defined documents typically using standard formats or templates; Prepare basic student data statistics as required.EssentialHow To ApplyApplicants should formally apply via our on-line application system before 23:59 (Beijing Time) on 24 August 202

Job Requirements
About You Master’s Degree; Experience of working/studying in an international setting; Excellent data management and analysis skills; Effective communication skills at all levels with strong oral and written skills in both Chinese and English; Strong inter-personal skills; Ability to work accurately under pressure; Attention to details; Team spirit.Desirable Frequent user of data management function of Access, Tableau and etc. Experience of dealing with confidential information; Experience of customer service.
