Guangzhou kindergarten<br/>Location: Guangzhou Baiyun District <br/><br/>Class Arrangements:<br/>1. Lead one international class with approximately 15 children (may increase to a maximum of 20). The class is supported by a Chinese lead teacher and a life care teacher, with full-day daily English communication required. <br/>2. Teach English interest classes, consisting of four sessions per week scheduled after school, without affecting regular working hours. <br/><br/>Schedule: <br/>1. Generally, weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are off, with occasional Saturday English open classes. Summer classes are held as usual, while the winter break includes 15-20 unpaid days off. All other statutory holidays are observed. <br/>2. Work hours: 7:30 AM (required to greet children at the entrance) to 5:30 PM, with a free break from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM. <br/><br/>

Requirements: <br/>1. Candidates should have relevant teaching experience, with preference given to those experienced in teaching children aged 2-6. Must have clear and standard pronunciation, fluent oral English, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in various teaching methods and classroom management techniques is required, along with the ability to create a positive and highly interactive learning environment. <br/>2. Ability to develop teaching syllable and curriculum standards based on children's actual needs, as well as prepare and implement detailed lesson plans. <br/>3.
