任职资格：1. 建筑学或设计类本科以上学历， 2. 具有八年以上相关工作经验； 3. 具有独立主持Office及其他商业空间设计项目的协调管理经验； 4. 具有室内方案设计的能力及全面系统的设计知识； 5. 丰富的商业设计经验，熟悉办公楼、别墅及大型酒店设计，对节点和施工工艺熟悉； 6. 具有良好的平面布置，策划方案，电脑效果图以及手绘效果图的能力； 7. 具有良好的组织协调和沟通能力，和谈判技巧，能代表公司与相关客户进行接洽； 8. 英语流利，能用英语与外籍人士进行沟通交流，洽谈合作事宜；Requirements：1. Bachelor degree in architectural or design; 2. Above 8 years interior design experience; 3. Experience in handling and coordinating the interior design and decoration project of both office and other commercial spaces independently; 4. Capable of interior design planning and full-scale design knowledge; 5. Rich experience in commercial design and office-building, cottage, luxurious hotel design, familiar with detailed and construction drawing; 6. Capable of layout, planning, 3D-MAX and hand drawing; 7. Skills in managing, coordinating and negotiating, be able to represent company to discuss with the client; 8. Fluent English, be able to communicate with foreigners;
