Lead a team of 6 and report directly to the Managing Director APAC; Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports for local management and the group HQ in Europe; Ensure accounting practices are in compliance with legal guidelines and established accounting principles; Drive reporting and analysis improvements by developing current and new BI reports; Manage implementation of new Shop Floor Control system and ERP interface; Manage employee relations, payroll, and labor contract review; Ensure compliance with both External and Internal Laws and Regulations; Liaise with External Auditor, Banks, Tax authorities, and Corporate service provider;

Master’s degree in (Intl) Business, Finance, Accounting or related field; Minimum 5 years of experience as Financial Manager; Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required, command of Dutch and Chinese language is preferred; Strong computer skills and able to learn company systems and processes; Detail-oriented with great prioritization and organizational skills; Keen analytic, organization and critical thinking skills which allow for strategic data interpretation; Enthusiastic, curious, team-player, willing to go the extra mile;
