The successful candidate will have extensive design experience for a variety of analog and mixed-signal circuit blocks such as amplifiers, temperature sensors, precision bandgap references, high voltage charge pumps, ADCs, DACs, PLLs, sigma-delta modulators, and IO cells. Requirements: • MSEE or PHD with at least 10 years industry experience in Analog or Mixed Signal CMOS circuit design for sensors • Proven track record of designing low power, low noise, high precision CMOS analog circuits that have been manufactured in high volumes, or Experienced IC design leader for several success projects of CMOS sensor • Demonstrated ability to develop micro-architectures and high level Matlab system models, Proficiency with Cadence and MatLab, and strong skills in designing and mentoring designers in analog/mixed-signal block (e.g. op-amp, bandgap , LDO, charge pumps, ADC, DAC, PLL, etc.) • Experience with design for test approaches and development of characterization and production test plans • Effective and clear written and oral communications • Possible to relocate in Shanghai, China if necessary Desired Skills and Experience： • Strong knowledge of continuous-time and discrete-time circuits and control loops • Experience with sensor signal processing and solid understanding of design for testability in Analog/Mixed Signal
