Job responsibilities
- Responsible for the management of after-sales technical support in the Mexican market. - Responsible for handling and managing aftermarket quality issues in the Mexican market. - Responsible for FSA execution and management of regional technical actions in Mexico market. - Responsible for the execution of technical service related tasks assigned by CIC.
Job Requirements
- Work experience in OEM, participate in establishing and familiarize with after-sales technical support related process and management system; - Possess certain maintenance technical skills and be familiar with the technical principles of various vehicle systems; - Skilled in using Office Word, Office Excel, Office PowerPoint, CAD and other office software; - Good teamwork ability, execution ability, affinity, learning ability, communication ability, coordination ability, data statistics and analysis ability, adaptability and writing ability.
