Responsible for docking after-sales and zero-kilometer quality information in overseas markets, problem improvement, and closed-loop management. Responsible for local CVT maintenance training in overseas markets. Responsible for confirmation of claimed old parts in overseas markets. Responsible for claim analysis in overseas markets. Responsible for formulating, implementing, tracking, and promoting claim cost reduction plans in overseas markets.

College degree or above; priority given to those with 3 years or more of quality work experience. Familiar with the latest quality management system standards. Master basic knowledge of automotive products or structural principles of transmission products. Familiar with quality tools such as 8D, PRR, QC; proficient in using basic office tools like Office and CAD. Familiar with the five core quality manuals (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA), IATF16949, and knowledge of the seven quality tools. Fluent in English communication and with driving experience.
