1.Provide technical after-sales support for industrial/commercial energy storage systems and charging pile infrastructure, including installation guidance, fault diagnosis, and maintenance. 2.Respond to customer inquiries promptly, resolve operational issues for energy storage equipment and charging systems, and ensure high customer satisfaction. 3.Collaborate with R&D and production teams to feedback product quality issues, assisting in optimizing after-sales service processes for both systems. 4.Conduct on-site maintenance, emergency repairs, and troubleshooting for energy storage systems and charging piles, preparing detailed service reports.

1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Power Electronics, or related fields. 2.Proficient in working principles of energy storage systems (batteries, inverters, BMS) and charging pile technologies (EV charging equipment, communication protocols). 3.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently handle technical issues in both energy storage and charging systems. Fluent English (written & verbal) for effective communication with international clients and teams. 4.Willingness to travel for on-site service as required.
