Job responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
1. Comprehensively coordinate and plan the company's human resource management work;
2. Organize, develop, improve, and implement the company's human resources management system and procedures to ensure effective implementation;
3. Organize and prepare corresponding job descriptions for each position, make necessary changes according to the company's job adjustments, and ensure that the job descriptions match the actual situation;
4. According to the company's requirements for performance management, develop and improve the company's performance management assessment system, and collaborate with the Performance Management Committee to supervise and control the performance evaluation process of each department;
5. According to the company's medium and long-term development goals and departmental work plans, regularly carry out departmental training and empowerment work;
6. Promoting team building and employee care: team culture construction, company humanistic care
7. Promotion Management: Execution of Personnel Promotion Evaluation
8. Recruitment and Management: Responsible for promoting the company's talent recruitment plan
9. Handling of medical and social insurance for company employees
10. Other matters arranged by the leader
岗位职责:
1、全面统筹规划公司人力资源管理工作;
2、组织、制定、完善、执行公司人力资源管理制度和体系流程,确保有效执行;
3、组织做好相应的各岗位职务说明书,根据公司职位调整需要进行相应的变更,确保职务说明书与实际相符;
4、根据公司对绩效管理的要求,制定完善公司绩效管理考核制度,协同绩效管理委员会对各部绩效评价过程进行监督控制;
5、依据公司的中长期发展目标和部门工作计划,定期开展部门培训赋能工作;
6、推进团队建设与员工关怀:团队文化建设,公司人文关怀
7、晋升管理:人员晋升评估的执行
8、招聘与管理:负责公司人才招聘计划推进
9、公司员工医社保的办理
10、领导安排的其他事项
Job Requirements
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors related to human resource management;
2. More than 3 years of work experience in human resource management;
3. Ability to communicate in Indonesian or English is preferred, familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is preferred;
4. Familiar with knowledge and skills in various departments of human resources, possessing good organizational coordination, communication and negotiation, team management, and problem-solving abilities;
岗位要求:
1、本科以上学历,人力资源管理相关专业优先;
2、3年以上人力资源管理相关工作经验;
3、能够使用印尼语或英语进行沟通优先,熟悉印尼劳动法律法规优先;
4、熟悉人力各板块的知识与技能,具备良好的组织协调、沟通谈判、团队管理能力及问题解决能力;
