Job Responsibilities Responsible for professional teaching in the fields of accounting, taxation, auditing, etc., formulating teaching plans and designing teaching programs to ensure teaching quality and effectiveness; Conduct in-depth research on policies, regulations and the latest developments in the fields of accounting, taxation and auditing to update teaching content and provide cutting-edge knowledge and skills training for students; Formulate individualized teaching plans and tutoring programs according to the actual needs and backgrounds of the trainees to help them improve their professional abilities and solve practical problems; Organize teaching activities such as mock exams and case studies, track and provide feedback on trainees' learning, and provide effective learning guidance; Writing teaching materials, handouts, case studies and other teaching aids to provide comprehensive learning support for trainees; Actively participate in academic research and industry exchanges to continuously improve their professionalism and teaching level; Maintaining good communication with trainees, answering their questions and providing necessary professional advice and guidance;

Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Accountancy or related discipline At least 1 years industry experience with preferably 1 years lecturing experience or training experience in AIA, ACCA , CIMA , CFA, AICPA or professional financial / accounting certificated courses is preferred To be able to deliver the following courses in English: Financial Accounting, Auditing, Management Accounting, Taxation Ability to teach in English and Chinese is a plus Ability to adapt to a multi-cultural setting with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to handle students of different nationalities
