Job Responsibilities: • Manage and supervise day to day 3PL warehousing & distribution activities with assigned logistics clients • Lead staff to meet with the standard operating procedures of our clients • Plan and control the activities of staff to achieve a high standard of client service and operational efficiency • Manage the safety and security of the logistics work place • Plan necessary manpower and operational requirements within budget • Prepare cost proposal / quotation for contract logistics’ existing and potential clients • Develop SOP and work process as well Continuous Improvement plan for the existing and new clients • Monitor the performance of sub-contractors to ensure both company and clients’ requirements are met • Control the logistics warehouse cost within the given budget

Job Requirements: • Degree holder preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain Management • Solid experience in managing electronic product warehouse with 3PL service provider • Strong E-commerce background is a must, with electronic background is a plus • Solid experience in setting up of the new logistics warehouse and operations • Strong people management, planning and organization skills • Self-motivated with commitment to achieve extraordinary results • Strong Leadership, Communication and Problem-Solving skills • Good command of written English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin • Well-versed in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and WMS
