I have a background in HR administration, working primarily with small, Taiwanese-owned businesses in the U.S. That means I’ve learned to wear every hat imaginable - from recruiting and compliance to office management and cross-cultural communication - often with minimal resources and structure. What started as “helping out with HR” at a boba store chain turned into fully owning core people operations: benefits, compensation, onboarding, policy compliance, employee support, and even restructuring and lay-offs - I’ve grown a lot in these environments, and now I’m ready to bring that adaptability and ownership into a company where I can contribute strategically and grow as part of a team. I am especially interested in HR teams that value clarity, collaboration, and continuous improvement - HR is for the company, but also for the people.
