• Spearheaded company’s core graph-based conversation workflow engine for facilitating multi agent interactions with chatbot users. • Developed backend Retrieval Augmentation Generation(RAG) Pipeline. • Designed and developed various core backend endpoints, CRUD endpoints, database schemas, and non-functional requirements. • Designed and configured all cloud, K8s, and CI/CD, and pre-commit tooling. • Identified multiple performance bottlenecks.
