Coordinating Special Educational Needs (SEN) school transportation services in partnership with Kent County Council and Medway Council. Manage daily transport schedules and arrange school runs for SEN students, ensuring safe, timely, and reliable travel to and from school. Communicate regularly with parents, schools, drivers, and passenger assistants to coordinate routes, resolve issues, and maintain service quality. Oversee administrative operations for the transport contract, ensuring student needs, safeguarding requirements, and council guidelines are properly followed.

Supported undergraduate courses in English Language and Literature, assisting professors with curriculum delivery, grading, and student engagement. Conducted small group tutorials and one-on-one support sessions, preparing students for English proficiency exams such as IELTS and TOEFL, and guiding them toward achieving B1, B2, and advanced levels (IELTS 7–8). Created and organized tailored study materials, practice exams, and skill-building exercises to enhance students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening abilities for academic and professional purposes. Graded assignments, provided detailed feedback on essays and presentations, and held office hours to address student questions and support their success. Collaborated with faculty to design inclusive learning environments, ensuring all students, including those preparing for IELTS and TOEFL, had the support and resources needed to achieve their language goals.
