Postdoctoral Research Associate, Department of Pharmacology, University of Cambridge. I am a University of Birmingham Biosciences PhD candidate focusing on using polymer nano-encapsulation of membrane proteins for agrochemical target identification. This is a subject I am passionate to pursue and at a university that I am proud to still be a part of. I have previously completed a placement year at MedImmune, Cambridge working in BioProcess Analytics, where I have successfully received accreditation as a Registered Scientist (RSci) from the Royal Society of Biology. I am a self-motivated individual and I am determined to achieve my goals. I am a conscientious worker and consider myself to be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as proven by my varied work experience in laboratories, retail, catering and volunteer work.
