Found, audited and validated many local suppliers (metal, aluminum/zamacinjection, aluminum extrusion, plastic injection, cartons etc.) to ensure good quality while reducing the overall cost. • Production & Export Excellence: Designed factory layout, recruited the local team, launched first production lines and successfully completed the first international shipment (including the “Made inVietnam”) within the first quarter of legal creation.
