(5 years 6 months) • Responsible for U.S. Women’s middle-to-high end fashion brands sourcing, development (Ann Taylor, Michael Kors, Polo Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger). • Present the latest sourcing trend with U.S. designers directly. • Collaborate across multi-country supply chains (China, Korea, Vietnam,Bangladesh, India, Myanmar) to align yarn, fabric, and garment production for optimizing lead times and quality, aligning development timelines and sustainability goals across regions. • Exchange market research info & customer feedback with Japan Headquarter in weekly basis.

(2 years 7 months) • Led the development of the company’s private label sustainability program, aligning with global eco-certifications (GOTS, RCS, BCI, FSC). • Arrange buying trips for Germany & Switzerland buyers. • Responsible for lingerie & adults’ premium cashmere program. • Negotiate costing with suppliers & buyers to fulfill company target, i.e. margin around 20-30%. • Take lead from sampling until bulk production finished, including inspection & testing gatekeeping. Totally 2 seasons & with over 200 styles per season.
