Six sigma methodologies, Lean systems, structured problem solving and root cause analysis are key knowledge foundations on which my passion for creating value through affecting systemic improvement is built. Extending core technical competence to the human side of organisations, allows understanding that a key opportunity for differentiation and competitive advantage lies in the ability of leaders to foster cross-functional collaboration and partnerships, to develop and maintain high performance teams.
