Build and lead a team of process engineers to set up and improve the production and testing process for United-Imaging CT, XR, MR, and PET products in the US to best comply with local regulations and satisfy the local sales and service needs. 1. Transferred the assembly and testing process of the 5 new products US factory in 4 months with a cross-functional NPI team. 2. Monitored DMR document quality and passed audits, including ISO13485, CE MDD, and NRTL, etc. 3. Set up for increased volume of factory production. The US factory production volume doubled in 2023 compared to 2022. 4. Investigated NCP and DOA data and cases, set up corrective and preventive actions for continuous improvement.

1. Validated MR precool processes for 1.5T and 3T superconducting magnets, ensuring operational efficiency. 2. Achieved over 90% first visit fix rate in mobile PET-CT service, enhancing customer satisfaction. 3. Established assembly and testing processes for two PET-CT products within six months, streamlining production. 4. Served as an internal auditor for ISO 13485, driving quality management system improvements at United Imaging.

UP English Education is an after-school education organization dedicated to enhancing high school students' English language proficiency in Wuhan, China. 1. Gave English grammar and reading lessons for a class of 30 Chinese high school students. 2. Maintained open communication with students’ parents for feedback and improvement.

1. Categorized and archived previous designs and created digital versions of the old drawings. 2. Made the 3D models of the products. 3. Prepared the mesh in CFD analysis with Ansys/Fluent. 4. Iterated on meshing for better simulation and faster calculation. 5. Based on the CFD results, did several new design iterations and testing. The new design's theoretical efficiency is 4% higher than the previous model. During the R&D office internship, I worked with the team on the project of redesigning the old pump products of the company. The idea of this project is to minimize the energy loss to produce higher efficiency of the pumps by eliminating the unwanted heat generated by some fluid behavior caused by the design.
