Created detailed interconnect and wiring diagrams for VFDs, protective relays, motor starters, sensors, and I/O; defined signal flow, grounding/shielding, and fault protection strategies. Produced complete electrical panel layouts and 2D/3D enclosure models using AutoCAD and SolidWorks, improving manufacturability and installation clarity. Develop accurate cost estimates and quotes by incorporating labor, component, and consumable costs; coordinate closely with Sourcing and Product Management. Collaborated cross-functionally with mechanical design, controls engineers, and manufacturing to optimize designs for assembly, serviceability, and cost. Maintained and updated BOMs, schematics, and revision-controlled CAD files to support production and NPI readiness. Coordinated and supported UL inspections of control panels, ensuring documentation, component selection, and wiring met applicable UL/NEC requirements.

Developed comprehensive interconnect diagrams and control-panel layouts in Creo PTC for test stations, including power distribution planning to ensure safe, efficient, and repeatable test procedures. Revised and upgraded single-line diagrams, cable schedules, schematic drawings, and wiring diagrams to reflect design changes, improve clarity, and ensure compliance with electrical standards. Designed and validated PCBs for a common test-platform, aligning board-level connections with system interconnects to guarantee seamless hardware integration and signal integrity. Performed laboratory hardware testing and troubleshooting of missile interface assemblies: isolated faults, implemented corrective actions, and verified functional performance against requirements. Generated complete engineering BOMs and parts lists with component specifications, sourcing notes, and cost considerations to support procurement and build readiness.

Worked as a Teaching Assistant for a Circuit theory course. I assist the professor in helping the students with their courses such as series and parallel circuits, Kirchhoff's Laws, Thevenin's Theorem, mesh analysis and so on. From this I have gained a good experience on how to communicate and work with students and Professors.
