Do corrective maintenance to all equipment such as motor gear, PLC, conveyor, sensor, scanner & automation system. Maintain UPS system & genset for backup power if has any power failure. Also troubleshoot any problem & solve it as soon as possible. Make sure all equipment running in good condition to use for operation time.

اعلا ورتم ةكرش - وكماك (2 years 4 months) Monitor installation for equipment such as switch, server, camera, LCD display at platform & cable trucking for CCTV, CTN, FSCADA, PSCADA, TETRA, ACID CONTROLLER, LIFT, FIRE ALARM SYSTEM, PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT, PUBLIC INFORMATION, UPS system, AHU also ducting for it. Prepare safety briefing to all workers (STARRT Card, LOTO). Make sure all installation followed Red Line or drawing schematic. Any incident or maintenance report will recorded at MAXIMO system. Prepare Preventive maintenance for daily, quarterly, half year & yearly for Scada & Comm System (PSD,TETRA,CTN,PAS,PIS,CCTV,FSCADA,MCS,BMS,ACID,TIS). Prepare equipment for troubleshooting if any failure or problem occurs. Do corrective maintenance if have any problem or failure for system and equipment. Monitor installation & do repair also maintenance for Cooling tower, AHU, UPS for system device & fire alarm system. Testing monthly, half yearly & yearly maintenance genset KUBOTA for standby if has power failure.

(11 years 4 months) Do Preventive maintenance daily, quarterly, half year & yearly for Scada & Comm System (PSDs,RADIO COMMUNICATION,CTS,PAS,PIS,CCTV,SCADA,MCS,TIS, VCC, SMC, PIES,INTERLOCKING SYSTEM,genset & UPS system). Do corrective maintenance for failure equipment or problem for system train. Prepare equipment for troubleshooting if any failure or problem occurs. Install new equipment if has any faulty. Maintain UPS system & genset for backup power if has any power failure. All preventive maintenance will recorded at system.

(2 years 7 months) Install humidifier follow the drawing schematic & place request by customer. Do all wiring related with installation. Testing & commissioning for new equipment after completed install. Do preventive maintenance follow the schedule. Do corrective maintenance if has report equipment failure. Changed rotor 3 years once follow by it's performance
