Responsibilities: 1.Under the regulations of the company, taking full change of the factory work; Achieving budgeted Turnover, Margin, Cash Flow and minimizing the Shrinkage in all branches. 2.Recruiting, training and managing branches are concerning production plans, attendance, working hours, uniforms .Full controlling of staff performance by meetings, briefings checking all small details and analyze each member performance. 3.Communicating with factory to ensure quality of products and accuracy of delivery dates and after sale services. 4.Sharing in marketing plans, products design and taking the full responsibility of opening new branches. 5.Make tests for all the yarns we use, by travel to India to check the yarns and make sure for the quality of yarns. 6.Being responsible for establishing new branch factory 7.Expert in yarn testing Achievements: Under my leadership, the new branch factory was built in 2016 and now is put into use successfully. And more and more new designs appear in the market. Through traveling to India, the yarn quality is guaranteed the quality is getting better and better. And the whole factory works in a good and harmonious environment.
