    (2 years 3 months) As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, I played a pivotal role in establishing North America's first pilot Cathode Active Material (CAM) plant, overseeing its design and leading the commissioning process. Following the successful commissioning of the CAM pilot plant, operations achieved robust production capabilities, consistently delivering quality customer products. Remaining involved in the pilot plant, I contributed to enhancement projects and addressed unplanned downtime while concurrently supporting the design phase for the CAM commercial plant.
