1. Responsible for learning the latest industrial technology and programming. Work closely with the sales team and product advocate for MT products. 2. Responsible for product sharing to customers and held on-site events such as conference, seminar and demo event. 3. Take lead and manage integration of project with third party software/ PLC. 4. Presales Training/ Developing Postsales technical support for sales team.

1. Plan, execute and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications. 2. Analyze and investigate product complaints to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements. 3. Update company complaint and inspection procedures to ensure capture and investigation, as well as proper documentation of complaints. 4. Provide training and support to the quality assurance team on systems, procedures, and core processes.
