As a seasoned Academic Principal with over a decade of experience leading international education programs across China, including major regions from the Northeast to the South, the Southwest, and the North. I am passionate about guiding students toward academic and personal success through informed, compassionate, and strategic college counseling. With a Master’s in Education from the University of Cambridge and leadership roles at top-tier institutions, such as Tsinghua International School Daoxiang Lake, King’s College School Chengdu, and Moonshot Academy, I have helped hundreds of students gain admission—and millions of dollars in scholarships—to the world's leading universities in the US, UK, and beyond. Currently serving as Deputy Head of School for the Beijing branch of OCAHS and Director of College Counseling across our six-school network nationwide, I oversee both the American AP curriculum and the college counseling programs at all campuses. In this role, I lead initiatives that host 10+ college admissions events quarterly, build strategic university partnerships, and develop tailored guidance strategies grounded in social-emotional learning (SEL) and intercultural understanding. My leadership philosophy combines data-driven decision-making with a human-centered approach, shaped by a strong academic foundation in educational research and STEAM. I am also actively engaged with professional organizations including International ACAC, NACAC, and ISCA, contributing to the advancement of best practices in international college counseling and counselor development, together with valuable inputs from Cambridge Assessment, College Board Institute, etcs.
