Techcombank의 Senior Relationship Manager. Experienced corporate banker with extensive experience in Korea and Vietnam market with focus on Korean FDI customers and strategic MNC segments/industries. Oversee and manage client coverage model focus on MNC/FDI segments to enhance business growth including fee, FX, interest income, CASA, Deposits and working capital related solutions. Capabilities include tracking and managing balance sheets trends, risk mitigation strategy, balance sheet efficiency. (Net Interest Income, Net Interest Margin) Engage and consult customers and provide strategic and end-to-end business solutions to meet their financial goals and objectives. Be able to communicate well to senior management, articulate issues to target audience. (Business units and other support functions) Perform analysis of NII for ALCO and for the group and propose optimization strategies. This role prepare/review documentation such as term sheet, credit application, information memorandum and cash flow projection in order to achieve deal closing. Responsible for origination, execution and distribution of syndicated loans, acquisition finance and structured finance. As a single contact point of bank, possess extensive knowledge in wholesale banking, transaction services and treasury products. Develop the analytics of customers / products / channels to guide and improve marketing effectiveness, product and channel strategies to build for a sustained growth. Have a good connection with SOEs, POEs and blue chips corporate both local and FDIs. Positive customer oriented RM to perform as a team leader and contribute as a strong team player.
